Experience
Ms. Marcus was previously associated with the firm of Kincaid,
Gianunzio, Caudle & Hubert, serving as part of the National Defense team
for two manufacturers involved in the nationwide asbestos litigation.
Her insurance coverage work includes commercial general liability
carriers such as Farmers Insurance Group and personal lines including
Maryland (now Zurich) Insurance Group and the California State
Automobile Association Inter-Insurance Bureau, as well as the California
Insurance Guarantee Association.
